At TRUENDO, we are continuously working on bettering our product, and this year, we've made some significant improvements. Here is what you need to know.
For extra security, TRUENDO now offers 2-step authentication for logins, which you can do with any time-based one-time (TOTP) Authenticator of your choice.
Did you know that TRUENDO had an auto-generated, auto-updated cookie policy already integrated in your CMP? Well things have just gotten even better, because we now also have a built-in privacy policy. You and your website visitors can locate them within the Privacy Widget, which is accessible via the privacy-button on the bottom left corner of your website.
TRUENDO recognizes what personal data your website collects and for which purposes. These purposes are listed here in the integrated Privacy Policy. When you expand these purposes, you can see which types of personal data are collected, the storage time of these data, the recipients of the data, the processing regions of the data, and the legal basis of their collection.
The GDPR User Rights are also listed. When you expand each item, you can see its description and a link to the relevant GDPR article. You can also find the link to the responsible Data Protection Authorities, contact information of the website owner, and further information about the data controller and Data Protection Officer.
Incase you did not know, the TRUENDO Cookie Manager is your Cookie Policy. It contains all the information of the cookies on your domain.
When you expand the cookie categories you can see all the related services, and if you click on individual services, you can find the list of cookies that are set and can be set by them, which contains information including its name, category and expiry date - how long the given cookie would be stored for in your browser.
You can now invite users to help you manage your account. This is especially useful if you manage multiple websites and apps. As TRUENDO Premium subscribers, you can also assign different user permissions - admin, editor, and viewer.
