Data Controller

In most cases, a data controller is a legal entity i.e. a business, a club or an organization, though in some cases, a data controller can also be a person.

It is the responsibility of the controller to make sure that the GDPR is correctly implemented in an organization, including users access rights to their personal data that is being processed. They are also responsible for the processing of personal data in an organization.
